Position Summary:
As the Restaurant Manager at Z-Burger Centerville, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Your key focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, managing the staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also play a key role in budgeting, inventory control, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the restaurant team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in all areas of the restaurant.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Train, develop, and mentor employees to foster a positive team environment and ensure career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Work closely with the ownership and other management teams to set and meet financial targets.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards and customer service practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting is a plus.
