Job Description
PIER 22 is an award winning restaurant located on the Manatee River in Downtown Bradenton. PIER 22 offers waterfront dining, a full outdoor Patio, Ballroom, several private event spaces and on and off site catering. PIER 22 is a high-volume restaurant open for both lunch and dinner 7 days a week and 365 days a year featuring Breakfast and Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 8am.
We are seeking a qualified Front of House Restaurant Manager with a high level of customer service skills and the ability to oversee the restaurant for any shift. The requirements of this candidate is to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high volume full service restaurant, must be detail oriented with the desire to excel in the hospitality business, experience in both fine dining and casual environments with BOH knowledge, as well as have a strong work ethic. Indoor and outdoor dining room experience is recommended and management of a large FOH staff is a must.
This Management position requires the ability to handle necessary back office administrative duties including; scheduling, labor costs, operating the point of sale system and assist in all areas of the restaurant.
