-Train, coach, and lead an organization with 50 to100 team members
-Integrate technology to create, execute, and maintain our standard operations procedures (SOPs)

Requirements/Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

-Leading our daily operations
-Ensuring that food safety and quality standards are in compliance
-Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT collaboration and communication skills.

-Bachelor's Degree and/or an Associate's degree/Military leadership experience
-2 years of restaurant leadership experience
-Exceptional organizational skills
-ServSafe Food Manager's Certification
-Proficient with current technology
-Proven restaurant leadership portfolio
-Conflict resolution skills
-Self Motivated
-Able to lift up to 50lbs
-Open availability
