We are seeking dedicated full-time Delivery Route Drivers and Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers in the Broken Arrow, OK area. As a driver, you'll operate out of our local terminal, delivering packages to homes and businesses. Terminal Location:
1214 E Houston St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012

• Pay: $1.35 - $1.90 per stop, averaging $150 - $200/day
• Schedule: 5-day work week | Weekend availability required | Routes dispatch by 8:00 AM, completed by approximately 6:00 PM

• Pay: $1.60 per stop
• Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days/week | 8:00 AM until routes are completed
• Weekly Pay
• Vehicle Requirements: SUV, truck with a covered bed, minivan, or station wagon (2015 or newer)
• Deliver 30 stops per day

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery, maintaining product condition.
• Keep detailed delivery records and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle in line with safety standards.
• Adhere to traffic laws for road safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with other drivers to optimize routes and schedules.

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and operate a dolly.
• Strong communication skills and independent problem-solving.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with changing schedules.
• Prior courier service experience is a plus
