Fedex Delivery Driver Job at Bright Flag Recruiting in Colonial Heights

Bright Flag Recruiting is seeking dedicated seasonal FedEx Delivery Drivers with the potential for full-time opportunities in the South Chesterfield area. Drivers will operate out of the local terminal and will deliver packages to residences and businesses.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Terminal Location:1645 Ashton Park Dr. Colonial Heights, VA 23834

Compensation: $150 - $160/day+ $500 sign-on bonus (paid out after Black Friday and January 2nd).
Conditions to the sign-on bonus:

• No call-outs during the bonus period (Doctor's note for illness required)
• Timely arrivals and adherence to schedule.
• No route abandonment
• No safety OR security incidents.
• Positive and professional behavior!

Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (flexible) 1 weekend day required!
