Position Summary Performs any combination of the essential duties and responsibilities of marina construction and floating dock installation while on project site. Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen and may be subject to a background check and random drug screening per our Drug Free Workplace policy. Dependability for work schedule is crucial. This position is mainly travel-based, employee must be comfortable with frequent travel to job sites including out-of-state travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs construction of marinas by installing floating docks in the water at the job site per direction of Crew Lead and/or Site Manager;
- Operates equipment and machinery in a knowledgeable, safe, and effective manner;
- Follows and applies safety rules and techniques;
- Reports any problems with construction duties to supervisor;
- Ability to travel and stay at jobsite for prolonged periods of time,
- May operate forklift to transport floats; places and aligns floats into correct order and position, per direction of Crew Lead and/or Site Manager;
- Uses hardware, such as bolts, washers, rods, lumber, and uses necessary hand tools;
- Positions and fastens all required hardware and materials onto floats using wrenches, rubber mallets, and other appropriate tools, ensuring floats are assembled correctly; and
- Self-Motivator, ability to keep active, or search for direction towards completion of work.
