Position: Production Assistant
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Expected Weekly Hours: 27-35
Wage: $17.19/hour starting

About You
You are a motivated, self-directed team player who is passionate about coffee, community, and a positive work environment. Essential Functions:
- Weigh, process and package roasted coffee.
- Brew, bottle, and package RTD product.
- Produce waffle batter product, working with cheese, milk, oil, and flour.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary and organized workspace.
- Accurately interpret, build and package product for distribution.
- Be on task, on time, follow direction, and be held accountable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite

Work Environment:
Warehouse: While performing production duties, you may be subject to loud noises, strong aromatics and a fine coating of ground coffee. Warehouse employees are subject to seasonal weather fluctuations -- you will be hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
Physical Demands:
Warehouse: While performing production duties, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to label, fold, roll, manipulate and lift barrels and bags of roasted coffee is required. While performing their duties, production and delivery employees may be required to lift up to 50lbs of coffee in barrels or boxes by themselves.
