Under the direction of a Plant Manager, directs the daily operations for production to ensure efficiency and safety, while ensuring all applicable regulatory requirements are met.

Essential Functions - Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
2. Coordinate activities to establish production requirements and prepare a production plan to meet customer needs. Prepare a weekly production schedule and prioritize production.
3. Forecast weekly resin requirements based on customer requirements and communicate as requested by corporate purchasing.
4. Analyze customer requirements and plan production to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and personnel.
5. Maintain an inventory of raw materials required for production and inventory of bottles maintained in on and off-site warehouses and trailers.
6. Ensure ample and timely supply of Finished Goods, Resin, Color, Consumables, and Regrind/Lump.
7. Establish and publish tracking devices to measure on-time delivery.
8. Support and provide feedback to customer service, sales representatives, and plant leaders on the status of work orders.
9. Manage company and plant capacity model for all production lines.
10. Maintain month-end inventory process and develop and recommend ideas to reduce physical inventories.
11. Maintain a list of suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
12. Maintain plant budget and keep leadership informed.
13. Manage plant budget and submit reports to corporate office.

Required:

Targeted Pay Range: $90,300.00 - $111,900.00

Minimum three years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Manufacturing Industry experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Attention to detail.
Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a multi-task environment.
Strong organizational skills.
