Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line during each product run. This includes adding and adjusting equipment, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. You will work in a fast-paced environment, recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed, assist and work on the line during production, and receive cross-training.

- Add and adjust equipment needed for product runs.
- Stage products and clean/sanitize after each run.
- Recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed.
- Assist and work on the production line during runs.
- Receive cross-training in various production tasks.
- Experience in line setup and mechanical adjustments.
- Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools.
- Experience as a line technician or machine operator.
- Technical skills in production line operations.
- 1+ year of experience in machine operation with adjustments, mechanical assembly using hand tools, or similar mechanical experience.
- Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility. There is a smell of soaps and cleaning solutions that may be stronger in some areas. Masks are mandatory, and employees must complete a health questionnaire and temperature check upon arrival. Temperatures above 100.4°ree;F will result in being sent home.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
