Production Supervisor Job at Entegee in Ladson

Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with extensive composites experience to oversee assembly operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in composites manufacturing

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Green Card holder)

• No union affiliation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in aerospace, particularly vacuum production for composites manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Supervise composite technicians, including hiring and firing

• Provide training to employees

• Track timecards and ensure staffing needs are met

• Schedule production activities

• Ensure availability of necessary tools

• Check calibration of equipment

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
