Production Operator
Adecco is now hiring for one of the largest health food and supplement companies, and this is your chance to work with them in the San Fernando Valley!
Responsibilities:
- Review master records, to ensure information is correct and accurate, verifying materials and quantities are correct.
- Monitor the required processes and activities according to the master record.
- May assist in weighing and product-changing activities as needed.
- Weigh out partial portions of Raw Materials per master manufacturing records. Print inventory tags. Weigh components to ensure the correct weight is in the container.
- Use a computerized interface to review and enter data.
- Assist in staging and verification of components to ensure the correct addition of materials.
- Maintain routine documentation such as batch reports.
- Operate scanners, scales, and barcode equipment as needed.
- Assist other departments with operating and cleaning machines.

Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment, or similar
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be able to physically stand for the full shift, and regularly lift to 30lb.
- Pull/push large containers of product and use pallet jacks as necessary.
- Pushing and pulling of material on wheels or with a pallet jack up to 400 pounds.
- Must be able to work a variable 12-hour shift, 6am – 6:30pm
Shifts Available:
Variable shift, 12-hour shift, 6 a.m. – 6:30 pm, must be able to work every other weekend.
