Volt is immediately hiring for Food Production Associates in Pomona, CA.
Volt has partner with a Food production company, who is need of associates who are familiar working with Food and have experience with good manufacturing practices, and food safety.
Packers, Palletizers, Machine operators, and QA technicians are needed for 1st shift and 2nd shift.
As a Food Production associate you will:
This is a full time opportunity.
Monday - Friday
1st shift hours : 6am - 2:30pm + Overtime BEFORE your shift
2nd shift hours : 2:30pm - 11:00pm + Overtime AFTER your shift
The ideal candidate will have:
Pay rate: $16 per hour - PACKERS & PALLETIZERS
$17 per hour - BLENDERS
$20 per hour - MACHINE OPERATORS & QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHS
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Volt has partner with a Food production company, who is need of associates who are familiar working with Food and have experience with good manufacturing practices, and food safety.
Packers, Palletizers, Machine operators, and QA technicians are needed for 1st shift and 2nd shift.
As a Food Production associate you will:
- Be working with raw materials, nuts, and allergens
- Ensure quality product is being handled correctly
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
- Clean and prepare containers for packing.
- Clean and sterilize blending tools in a safe and thorough manner
- Blend various ingredients together while maintaining all areas clean and sanitized at all time.
- Apply labels to boxes
- Unload boxes up to 50 lbs. from conveyor belt to stacking them onto pallets
- Operate pallet jack to move pallets from one location to another all around the warehouse
- Work with other employees: leads, machine operators, Supervisors to ensure smooth transition between shifts
- Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense and Food Quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
This is a full time opportunity.

- Willingness to work holiday's, weekends and OT.
- Able to move, push, load boxes up to 50lbs.
- Able to stack boxes on pallets in correct pattern
- Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
- Sense of urgency and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Food manufacturing experience
