We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards within the facility.

Location: Greenwich, CT
Pay: $36/hour
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday - 12 am to 9 am

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications / Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
