Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Production Schedule to align with production goals and customer demands.
- Assist in creating and analyzing manufacturing capacity plans to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to address capacity constraints and changing priorities.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure alignment of schedules with operational goals.
- Generate and maintain reports on key production planning metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and a basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain and production planning principles.
- Basic experience with Power BI or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency.
- ERP Systems: Experience with or willingness to learn commonly used ERP systems.
- Power BI/Power Query: Basic knowledge or willingness to develop proficiency.
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Ability to create clear and professional presentations.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of production scheduling software or tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
