About the Role:

The Production Lead/Supervisor is a fast paced, hands-on leadership role that requires high attention to accuracy and details. The position oversees a production team of 2-3 sign makers, installers, and printer operators. The Production Lead/Supervisor organizes the creation and assembly of sign and graphic products for many different business and personal applications. The Lead/Supervisor will oversee the production of signs while working closely with the Sales and Graphics teams.

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate "on-time" production of signs

* Cut printed graphics using a variety of tools

* Print on multiple substrates

* Perform and/or schedule maintenance on printers

* Maintain Inventory

* Supervisor and direct the production employees

* Assist with installations

* Use ladders or mechanical lift systems

* Attend management meetings

* Subject matter expert on each printer in the shop

* Workflow management

* Clean production facility

* Schedule maintenance on company vehicles

* Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

* High school diploma

* Walk/stand for 6 to 8 hours

* Ability to lift 25lbs regularly

* Basic design experience (preferred)

* Production or manufacturing experience (preferred)

* Experience in Wide Format Digital Print Production (preferred)

* Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
