We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our design outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to produce, revise, and finalize projects for digital and print, ensuring adherence to agency and client standards.
• Prepare and package files for both print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy in color correction, retouching, and pre-press checks.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables.
• Stay current with design tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas, efficiencies and process improvements to the team.
• Manage multiple production tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct quality control checks on all final outputs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Designer in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma is helpful, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of production design projects and skills.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for visual consistency and content accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pre-press processes, printing techniques, and production specifications.
• Understanding of digital production processes, including optimization techniques and platform-specific specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, vendors, and other team members.
• Self-motivated with critical thinking skills and a desire to learn new and try new techniques and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production Design, or a related field is preferred.
