We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the credit agencies industry for a Customer Service Representative based in Carson City, Nevada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and processing customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to answer questions related to their loans
• Perform detailed research to resolve customer queries
• Ensure accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer information and correspondences
• Process credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Schedule appointments as needed to facilitate customer service
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to maintain good standing
• Provide detailed attention to all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and respond to all email correspondence promptly and accurately.• Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Credit Agencies - Personal CU industry.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in data entry and order entry tasks.
• Comfortable with email correspondence and has excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing customer bookings.
