Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist will manage a multi-line phone system, provide product and service information, and offer phone support to resolve customer issues with their alarm systems. The role involves troubleshooting and investigating issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage high volume calls.
- Identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians.
- Walk customers through technical issues by phone (training will be provided).
- Build relationships with customers.
- Process account cancellations.
- Ensure accuracy with data entry.

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Alarm systems knowledge
- 3+ years of office experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Contact resolution skills
- Experience communicating via email
- Strong organization skills

Work EnvironmentThe position is 100% onsite in a 4-person office that supports a large group of field technicians. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a business casual dress code.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Damascus, Oregon.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
