Insight Global is seeking a candidate for a remote customer service role based in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and dependability. The candidate must be internet-savvy with a strong technical aptitude for multitasking. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) will have the opportunity to work in various areas depending on their experience. Initially, they will ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are robust and easy to follow, innovate and simplify processes, and monitor and support team members to ensure job tasks are clear and manageable. The candidate must adapt to changes flexibly without the need for constant audits, maintain clarity in job tasks to avoid confusion and reduce the need for audits, follow a script for data input into Salesforce, audit all verifications for red flags, ensure all scheduling cases in their queue are up to date, make sure jobs are getting scheduled, and communicate proactively if there are any issues. There will be a training period before the candidate begins working independently and this will start off as a 12-month contract.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years prior Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent computer skills: strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and moderate understanding of excel
  • Must have experience working with salesforce or a CRM of any kind 
  • Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis.
  • Ability to communicate professionally -- with maturity and self-confidence
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Familiar with scripted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessment and criminal background check

 

Plusses:

  • 3+ years' experience as a customer service professional (Face to face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)
