Chase Technical is hiring: Customer Service Representative in Schaumburg

We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Schaumburg Corporate office, operating Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Process quotations and sales orders, manage purchase orders and confirm ship dates and pricing.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Handle inbound phone calls and queries with efficiency and courtesy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Participate in rotational Saturday shifts as required.

What We Need from You:

• Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational Saturdays.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
