Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate will provide exceptional hospitality and customer-facing services, assisting guests with business needs and supporting shipping and receiving operations.
This role requires flexibility, including weekend availability, to accommodate workload demands.
Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing and walking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with business needs.
- Support shipping and receiving operations.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Potentially drive short distances (up to 5 miles) as required.
- Maintain open availability, including weekends, to meet workload requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or similar setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Open availability, including weekends, is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or related logistics roles.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
