Customer Service Associate
HOURS: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
PAY RATE: $17-20/hr. DOE
CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Service Associate to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Enter customer orders - quickly and accurately
- Update and maintain database
- Answer phones
- Assist customers in determining order requirements or services
- Troubleshoot customer issues during delivery process
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Computer Proficiency
