Job Description
Summary: Seeking Internal Sales Reps with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in an internal sales manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access (preferred)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Fulfill customer opportunities such as quoting, purchase orders, expediting, and other requests
Perform data entry for opportunities, quotes, and sales orders
Conduct contract/purchase order reviews to ensure internal sales order accuracy
Review customer drawing revision levels and quality clauses
Respond quickly and proactively to team members and customer needs
Develop strong relationships with internal team members and customer contacts
Communicate professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
