Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep I at Wilmington, MA 01887.

As a Customer Service Rep I, you will:
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Wednesday-Sunday, (Monday and Tuesday Off).  

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Candidates who are Bilingual.
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call centre environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High school Diploma/GED desired.
Payrate Range in Between - $18 - $19/hour
