Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm based in Raleigh, NC, is hiring internally for a Recruiting Coordinator position.

Spyglass mission is to support lean, NC-based businesses fill critical roles throughout the organization. In short, to work with companies where recruiting was uniquely challenging often blue-collar industries (construction, manufacturing, agriculture, distribution), those with limited brand recognition or limited internal recruiting resources. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the fulfillment side of Spyglass operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, LoxoSource, job boards, and our internal database.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely updates, and assisting with travel and accommodations if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
