Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment activities - source to onboard.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each division's business objectives and priorities across the client's Manufacturing Operations.
  • Consult with hiring managers and business HR to understand skill requirements, background, and experience needed for each requisition.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations.
  • Proactively generate a strong pipeline of potential candidates for open & future vacancies.
  • Conduct data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates, including head-hunting.
  • Create and share engaging content on social media and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates and build the brand awareness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Take accountability for the hiring plan, timeline, and deliverables and make informed decisions throughout the recruiting process.
  • Continuously review talent attraction methods to ensure they are delivering appropriately to the business needs.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with our talent & succession strategy and processes.
  • Ensure ATS (Workday) is maintained and accurate at all times, as well optimizing usage of CRM (Phenom).
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
dditional Skills and Preferences:
  • Previous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain recruiting experience preferred.
  • Creating strategies and plans to source talent for various business areas/functions.
  • Sourcing candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, niche websites, internet searches, CRM systems, and other passive candidate generation techniques.
  • Sourcing experience including internet research, search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.
  • Experience benchmarking salary comparators and conducting contract negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or 5 years of related experience.
  • minimum of 5 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge and experience of Workday and Phenom would be a distinct advantage.
