PrideStaff has an excellent career opportunity available on our recruiting team! We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant who will act as support to the Fayetteville office sales team. As a Recruiting Assistant you will be responsible for all general administration and human resources. This position will be first on phones, greeting applicants as they come in and be the initial brand of the office.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15 - $17 depending on experience
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
Career Objectives:
- Meet clients' flexible workforce needs by sourcing, hiring and placing qualified candidates
- Maintain a current bench of qualified, available Field Associates, through consistent, creative recruiting
- Taking/filling job orders, screening/evaluating/interviewing/hiring Field Associates
- Pursue excellence to ensure delivery of top quality service for the clients and employees
- Achieve business development goals-inside sales
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform recruiting functions including: networking, job ad creation and internet posting, leveraging PrideStaff's internal CRM resources to attract candidates
- Conduct screening, evaluating, interviewing, orienting and reference checking to hire 'the right people for the right jobs
- Assist with business development by talking with business people about PrideStaff's people
- Process payroll
- Recruiting Support & Resource Development
- Marketing and Sales support including incoming and outgoing phone calls
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping
- Knowledge of modern business communication: Includes style and format of letters and memoranda, formatting emails, creating email and letter templates and mail merges.
- Skill to type 50 words per minute
- 3-5 years' experience performing administrative and clerical duties
