Serves as the primary on-site contact for recruiting in support of hiring managers and job seekers. Also responsible for qualifying, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, assist in posting job flyers within community, and other related administrative and reporting functions. Will also assist with onboarding efforts for new hires.

  • Assists with Walmart recruiting questions from job seekers and hiring managers; answers questions or refers to the appropriate team member as needed.

  • Educates managers on the recruitment process to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in accordance with EEO and AA requirements.

  • Verifies minimum qualifications of candidates for assigned source and send job requisitions:

  • Meets with hiring manager to verify job details.

  • Qualifies or disqualifies job seekers and enters dispositions when appropriate.

  • Initiates process to schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring manager.

  • Corresponds with hiring managers and HF Talent Acquisition on status of candidates and overall Recruiting for open requisitions.

  • Schedules and coordinates interviews and panel interviews with applicable team members.

  • Serves as resource for researching effective local advertising avenues and local college and university relations.

  • Assists with onboarding new associates, i.e. compliance trainings, badging, uniforms, laptops etc.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree.

  • Minimum 2-year Administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Currently hold or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire an OSHA compliant Adult/Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute (HSI).

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet Explorer.

  • Ability and desire to multi-task, deal with high volume and stay calm in pressure situations.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of applicants and employees of the organization.

Compensation: $20/hour - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
