JOB SUMMARY:

Perform various human resources duties in areas such as recruiting, training, athlete administration, data analytics, program facilitation and other special projects. Ability to occasionally work on Saturdays or split shift to support the needs of the operations.

Entry level professional role. Works independently under the supervision of the HR Manager on routine problems of narrow scope where analysis of situations or data requires use of SOP to ensure consistent candidate and athlete experience. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to make decisions in hiring, orientation and training. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers and collaborate with corporate partners on a project basis.

The position requires a high degree of proficiency in systems administration and frequent verbal and written communication to address:

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the design, implementation and administration of HR recruitment and retention strategies and procedures.

• Assist with the design, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures regarding time and attendance administration, employment decisions, and employee development/training.

• Ability to work across various shifts and times, including area hiring events.

• Facilitate daily walk-in traffic on-site including welcome, delivery of Employer Value Proposition, pre-screen, completion of application and facilitation of hiring manager interview.

• Support scheduling and execution of hiring events on a regular basis to build and maintain an appropriate funnel of candidates.

• Ensure all athletes complete all required paperwork and satisfy conditional pre-employment criteria.

• Ensure accuracy of candidate pool data, through tracking requisitions, sourcing investments, candidate flow and projected labor needs.

• Ensure data integrity in ATS, LMS and HRIS systems.

• Supporting employee and candidate systems requests by delivering directions on systems self-service and appropriately escalating issues to senior HR partners or corporate partners as needed.

• Audit new hire placement to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patterns.

• Observe hourly employees through training process. May include: managing attendance, time keeping, providing feedback and assessing performance of employees.

• Supports and owns onsite engagement activities and events, will work with specialty committees

and team members, to ensure appropriate partnership occurs and successful events are held.

• Prepare various reports by collecting data from source documents, entering into spreadsheets/systems and performing statistical analysis to aid management in decision making.

• Create and maintain a system to record training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and employee knowledge and skills.

• Conduct new employee orientation sessions. Ensure that all paperwork is processed by verifying correct completion.

• Support engagement survey through collection of data, support of action plan and follow up activities, and measure progress.

• Provide Operations Supervisors with guidance on selection process SOP, profile of candidate success, and realistic job preview.

• Ensure all locations remain in compliance with applicable laws.

• Expected to champion Fanatics Core Values by example and to build a strong cohesive relationship with Operations and HR Stakeholders that aligns with WinCraft's mission statement and customer promise.

• Engage with and understand the WinCraft and Fanatics business goals and execute people policies and programs in support of short and long term objectives.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree or the equivalent combination of Education, training, and work experience required.

• Working knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred.

• Prior experience working in Human Resources and/or Recruiting functions preferred.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communications, bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Sports fan a plus!
