Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team who will oversee a team of Sales recruiters in Washington, DC to support the CoStar sales organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and lead a team of 5+ talent acquisition professionals in full life cycle recruiting to support the CoStar sales organization.
  2. Ensure the team is always staffed to meet talent needs of the sales organization.
  3. Take a data driven approach to managing and leading your team.
  4. Provide regular updates to leadership regarding pipelines, hires and achievements.
  5. Build strong relationships with sales leadership to understand business needs, allocate staffing and fulfill all strategic hiring needs.
  6. Maintain strategic alignment with sales leadership through the entire recruiting process, to onboarding and into the new hires first year to ensure success.
  7. Create regular reporting for business leaders to drive engagement and measure team performance.
  8. Provide regular coaching and guidance to team members to drive their success and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  9. Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives including DE&I programming and other strategic hire initiatives.
  10. Develop strong relationships with key agencies in order to activate when necessary for senior level hiring.
  11. Play an active role in interviewing and assessing talent and developing strategies to attract A players into sales and operations organization.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree required from a top university or college.
  2. 3 years managing and leading recruiting team.
  3. Must have experience working in a non-agency recruiting environment.
  4. 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment.
  5. Proven track record of hiring A level sales talent and delivering strong recruiting results in competitive talent markets.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  1. Workday experience preferred but not required.
  2. Highly analytical and demonstrates an ability to tell stories through data.
  3. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  4. Hands on leadership experience.
  5. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Excel and understands how to present data in PowerPoint or other products.
  6. Strong understanding and knowledge of talent acquisition landscape – tools, sourcing techniques, HRIS, CRM and best practices.

This position offers a base salary range of $111,500 - $193,100, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
