What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with business goals.
- Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, tracking performance metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent, leveraging innovative sourcing methods such as social recruiting and Boolean searches.
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.
- Research and recommend tools, platforms, and strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
- Update candidates database.
- Assist in salary negotiations and manage revenue targets.
- Partner with external providers to meet hiring benchmarks, including diversity and inclusion goals.
Background & Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager, preferably in creative or marketing environments.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in recruitment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
