What you’ll do: Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Talent Discovery Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected start date: January/February 2025 Duration: 12 Months Schedule: 40 HR/Week Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy, and drivers Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner Built knowledge of SAPs Talent Discovery Recruiting Model Identify, attract, screen, select, and finalize offer processes for candidates Partner with the Director of North America Talent Discovery on projects Other duties/responsibilities as assigned What you bring: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program, ideally focused on HR or a related field Any exposure to recruiting or corporate work environment highly preferred Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities Attention to detail and process management Meet your team: Are you a passionate, inquisitive individual who wants to learn how to become a recruiter in a large, multinational, complex, and matrixed organization? Do you have exceptional networking, relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills, or have a strong desire to learn these skills? In this TD internship at SAP on the Go-To-Market and Corporate recruiting team you will learn alongside of a team of passionate recruiters supporting SAPs Customer Success, Customer Service and Delivery, People & Culture, Global Finance & Administration, & Office of the CEO Board Areas across the North America Region (US & Canada) . You will also support in a project-based capacity acting as the right hand of TD leadership on topics including, headcount forecasting, demand planning, req assignment, Diversity & Inclusion, data analytics, system enhancements, and collaboration across other HR teams. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 17 - 40 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
