Project Description:
The HR Talent Acquisition & Compliance team is excited to introduce a new opportunity for employees to engage with their Alma Mater by representing Olin ON CAMPUS. This ABO will showcase the "Power of WE" by connecting Olin employees to thousands of students across the nation.
We are looking for individuals who are cheerleaders for Olin's products, brands, culture, and our people. The value proposition is to lift Olin people by connecting with the next generation of college recruits.
The selected campus ambassadors will travel to their Alma Mater to share their Olin story and establish relationships with students and campus organizations, further building our diverse pipeline of future talent. Olin will financially cover reasonable travel expenses, including airfare or milage, meals, and one night of lodging.
Talent Acquisition will consider past campus and student performance, acceptance rates, school size and diversity. Priority may also be given to employees who joined Olin through the College Recruiting program or participated in previous College Recruiting ABOs.

The value proposition is to lift Olin people through connecting with the next generation of college recruits.
This ABO is aligned to Lifting People and Exercise Leadership.
This ABO is looking for 10 teammates for this ABO.
The expected duration of this ABO is the 2024 year.
The estimated time assigned to ABO is 2 hours per week.
Key business skills needed for this ABO include:

This ABO does require travel.

- Participants must have graduated from the school they wish to connect with

- Knowledge of Olin locations and manufacturing & business processes; ability to learn College Recruiting program structure before ABO participation
- Participants must have achieved "solid performance" or greater on their most recent performance review
- Limit of 2 representatives per campus visit
