Qualifications :
- Possess a strong background in geospatial data analysis with a minimum of 12+ years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile, Succession & Dev, OnBoarding, SAP Jam, Workforce Planning, and Workforce Analytics.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in using geospatial analysis software and tools.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities :
- Analyze geospatial data to identify patterns and trends that support business decision-making.
- Develop and implement geospatial solutions using SuccessFactors modules such as BizX Mobile, Succession & Dev, OnBoarding, SAP Jam, Workforce Planning, and Workforce Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into existing business processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support for geospatial data analysis and visualization.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks and updates.
- Utilize advanced geospatial analysis techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and tools to support ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology and SuccessFactors modules.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on geospatial analysis techniques and best practices.
- Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure seamless integration of geospatial data.
- Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of geospatial solutions.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide geospatial data standards and policies.
