Job Summary:

Looking for an accomplished self-motivated, and self-starter to join our great team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Career Events Specialist (aka, Recruiting Coordinator) to work as part of an integrated team to deliver internal customer satisfaction and an outstanding candidate experience. You must be proactive, detailed oriented, skilled in MS 365 applications and databases. You must have strong oral and written communications skills and above all, you must be dependable. As a member of the TA team, you will provide a wide range of talent acquisition related activities in support of and in collaboration with TA. This role is essential to our success and reputation in that you will interact with candidates, external parties, and colleagues throughout the TA process to attract and hire excellent talent to meet our business commitments. The position reports to the Sr. Recruitment Manager.


Job Duties:

  • Ensuring accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Data and TA Documents and Files.
  • Posting and Managing Job Postings using our ATS, Search Sites, Associations, Trade Schools, etc.
  • Scheduling and facilitating Interviews (Phone, On-Line, and On-Site).
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of events and relationship building with existing and new contacts as required.
  • Assisting with the offer and new hire processes including travel and logistics.
  • Assisting with compiling information for reports and weekly reviews.
  • Helping to ensure consistent policies, practices, procedures throughout the TA process.

Experience and Education:

  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or career events planning.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Very strong administrative skills.
  • Very Strong to Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or any other recruiting databases.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization skills to achieve team objectives.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must Be Dependable, Self-Driven, Proactive, and a Team-Player.

Competencies/ Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and team player attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the set schedule.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to travel away from home, including weekends if/when needed.
