Manufacturing Tech Job at Augmentation in Winchester

3rd Shift Opening: 1045PM – 7AM S-Th (overtime & weekends as production needs)

We require a high school diploma or equivalent – them to pass a drug screen (including THC) and a background check (all which you perform within our rate). All of our techs are manufacturing technicians – they will work on our production floor working around rotating machinery & IMV’s some of the requirements are listed below…

Technician – Essential Job Functions

Summary of the typical daily requirements:

Manufacturing technicians must be a team-oriented individual, their primary responsibilities include but are not limited to working in a noisy, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, around moving and/or rotating machinery and industrial motorized vehicles. Technicians current normal work schedules are eight (8) hours per day, but all employees are required to work overtime as needed depending on customer demand and manufacturing efficiencies. Technicians work on a primarily concrete floor that may be dusty and dirty.

In addition to the operation of machinery, hoist and fork/clamp trucks. Technicians frequently are required to use tools, including but not limited to knives, saws, nail guns, hammers, etc.

Physical demands are part of a technician’s normal daily routine and include but are not limited to: regular lifting & pushing up to a minimum of 50 lbs., focusing, reading, writing, relaying information, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, walking, standing, stretching, squatting, fine finger dexterity, etc.

Our manufacturing area requires the use of PPE, including but not limited to hearing, eye, foot and hand protection.
