Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for coordinating with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control on make parts, analyzes and controls production schedule and capacity requirements, executes the plan, provides timely status and expedites or works around plans to preserve schedule. Our team also coordinates with Supply Chain Stakeholders including Procurement and Operations Management to determine appropriate time phased plan for procured parts and executes processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements.

As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet program goals and deliver high-quality products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Becoming proficient in SAP and Apriso to support production planning
Collaborating with internal customers to provide status updates and program health information
Monitoring material releases and production metrics to ensure timely deliveries
Working with the team to maintain and improve production planning and control (PP&C) metrics
Interfacing with customers to provide program updates and insights

Basic Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility requirements
2+ years in a production operations environment
Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
Experience with ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Desired Skills:
Master's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience controlling and handling inventory
Ability to manage various tasks under time-sensitive constraints
Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and alone
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Ability to understand and use Material Resource Planning, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM.
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.
Experience working in a union contract environment
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
Understanding of MRP / supply and demand management.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
