1. A minimum of 10+ years' experience out of which last 5 years (recent) experience should be with manufacturing organization or with an IT organization working with manufacturing client. a` The learning curve of a consultant working with manufacturing client/ company is easy then some-one from outside, as he/she will have the understanding of basic concepts.
2. Experience with manufacturing systems atleast one of them : Enterprise Resource Planning OR Warehouse Management System or Production / Manufacturing Planning , Transportation / Logistic Systems a` The role requires to study Honda's current application and propose changes, experience with one of such application will provide confidence to client.
3. Excellent/Good written and oral communication skills a` Basic skill for any client facing role
4. Working knowledge of one of the technologies : SQL , BI , one of the cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) or any other technology. a` Not looking for hands on knowledge just a basic knowledge showing the candidate has aptitude towards technology.
5. Basic understanding of IT business systems infrastructure and architectural design, client-server & web applications, API integration frameworks. -> Basic skills expected for anyone working on the IT side, we just need to see if they understand the concept.

SharePoint Job Description:

• Strong working experience (Development) in SharePoint Online and power platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Experience of Web Development technologies including ASP.NET, C#, JQUERY, HTML5, CSS and SQL Server
• Must have migration experience from legacy (Lotus Notes) to different versions of sharepoint
• Experience with SharePoint Designer
• Strong Experience in PowerShell
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Farm architectures, Office 365 and software as a service solutions
• Good knowledge of java script frameworks (Eg Angular, React etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in the SharePoint environment
• Experience in SharePoint Migration (Share Gate)
• Ability to multi-task easily across multiple applications/projects
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience with Service Now application

Nice to Have

• Proficient with the Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Compliance center etc.)

Minimal job requirement

• Over all experience 8-10 year 4 to 5 years managing a large scale O365 hybrid environment
• Certified in Power platform
• A Master's degree and Microsoft Certification a plus
• Previous Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience is required
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
• Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
