Responsibilities
What you'll be able to do:
Manufacturing Engineer positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI). Provide manufacturing engineering support throughout a new model program start through launch and 45 days post-launch. Implement new production equipment, operator workstations and facilities based on the product and process changes required for the new model. Support manufacturing pre-production builds to validate new equipment, processes and workstations. Assist with assembly tooling installation, start-up, and commissioning at the assembly site. Interface with cross-functional teams (incoming quality, design, and operations) to resolve issues.

We are offering a salary of $73,424 to $158,096 per year.

Qualifications
You'll have...
- A bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience developing tooling or processes for new product launches
- 2 years of experience launching new automotive products
- Position reports to Dearborn, MI office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
