Are you ready to Make Your Mark at Berry?For more information, visit our website {target=" blank" rel="noopener"}, or connect with us on LinkedIn {target=" blank" rel="noopener"}or X. {target="_blank" rel="noopener"} Responsibilities Automation Technician: Perform PM's on regular intervals Troubleshoot PLC's and Drives Respond to reported automation, vision, and robot issues Replace any necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/ vaccum lines, and valves Perform Electrical maintenance as needed on machines Quality Technician: Check quality of product per spot-check schedule Assure QC perfomed to Quality Tolerance standards Perform article tests Maintain required laboratory records, equipment, and safety/ housekeeping duties as needed Molding Technician: Set-up, start up, and maintain production equipment Ensure quality by verifying that production meets required specifications thru adjustments and documenting any changes to the process Identify production, scrap, and downtime. Update Supervisor Assist mold changer, Utility, Inspector and keep supervisor/ lead technician informed Assure daily preventative maintenance requirements. Tooling Technician: Inspection and cleaning of all molds Complete internal repairs and mold evaluations Inspection of all molds after external repair/ test runs Maintain mold boxes and skids Assist with crating/ uncrating tools and components. Update mold maintenance databases All positions require regular safety standards, housekeeping, and training within the department as needed. All other duties as required Qualifications Automation Technician: 5-7 years maintenance and automation experience preferred Must be mechanically inclined and have previous electrical experience Must be familiar with the operation of PLCs, Drives, and robots Must have willingness to take a hands-on approach during times of process interruoption Must be safety and quality conscience at all times. Quality Technician: Working knowledge of ISO SQF knowledge Previous Quality experience preferred
