Utilize small hand tools such as tweezers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, and wire strippers for intricate assembly tasks. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards. Troubleshoot assembly issues or defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions. Package and label finished products to company specifications, ensuring proper handling and storage. Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing production techniques. Collaborate with engineers and production managers to resolve assembly issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Record assembly data, product deviations, and work performed in logs and databases accurately.
