HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Act as a liaison between design engineers and production teams to ensure products meet specifications.
• Optimize product designs for cost-efficiency, manufacturability, and weight reduction.
• Develop and implement engineering change requests to support quality and manufacturing processes.
• Design and deploy tooling to enhance production efficiency.
• Establish manufacturing setups for new products, focusing on time and cost optimization.
• Identify and implement process improvements on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety-sensitive protocols.

ARE YOU A MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ROCK STAR?

• Bachelors degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 05 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Office XP, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with airworthiness regulations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
