Custodian Job at A&V Enterprise LLC in North Charleston

We are seeking a Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Monday thru Friday  (University Blvd)
Responsibilities:

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors exam rooms, office, break room ,bath rooms, etc.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, candidate will be trained
• Ability to handle physical workload, in cleaning the facility
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning
• Strong communication, being a team player, and get along with others
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
