Sigma Building Maintenance is hiring: Night Custodian in Lakewood

We are seeking a Janitorial Custodian to join our night commercial cleaning team! We are looking for an individual to clean two golf courses on a daily basis in the time frames of 11pm to 5:30am. ( Each location takes about 30 minutes to clean )

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, Sanitize bathrooms, remove all trash, and vacuum floors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Have a reliable vehicle to get to & from work.
