Position: Warehouse Associate / Driver
Location: Fresno, CA
Reports to: Branch Manager
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00/per hour, DOE

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for warehousing duties, including maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, material handling, documenting and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and delivering and picking up goods to specified locations.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct random and scheduled cycle counts of active inventories.
- Utilize data collection tools and software to record and update inventory levels in the management system.
- Collaborate with the materials handling team to coordinate inventory movement within the warehouse.
- Assist in tasks such as monitoring stock levels and replenishing shelves.
- Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Develop and recommend strategies to enhance inventory procedures and participate in maintaining clean work areas.
- Maintains the product identification and location program.
- Confirms inventory, researches documents, tracks, reports, and reconciles count inconsistencies, shipping discrepancies, and damaged and non-conforming products.
- Must safely bend, stoop, lift, and move objects, max 50 pounds. Physically capable of opening boxes, crates, and other large containers using hand tools to unpack items received.
- Able to operate a forklift (upon in-house certification)
- Deliver items to customers professionally and promptly, focusing on customer service. Strictly adhere to all traffic laws.
- Maintain vehicle properly and fill out Daily Safety Inspection Forms. Report and record damage to vehicles, products, equipment, or property.
- Follow all relevant safety, quality, and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety and the safety of others are not jeopardized.
- Neatness in personal appearance and the ability to establish and maintain good relations with fellow employees and customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
- California Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Must be 25 years of age
- Willing to participate in drug/alcohol/background screening
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Data entry experience
- Forklift experience
Physical demands
- This position is active and requires standing, walking, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching and climbing at times
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Daily use of PPE including safety glasses, and hearing protection & respirator when needed
