Gallagher is a unique organization defined and made better every single day by our dedicated employees. You will have an opportunity to work in our Risk Management Services division, focusing on leveraging data to support the divisions goals and business objectives.
How you'll make an impact:
- Creating Data Visualization Reports
- Conduct primary and/or secondary research to identify required data to solve a given business challenge and/or opportunity
- Package and present insights from analysis to clients and/or executive team
- Answer complex questions by generating hypotheses and quantitatively testing them; for example:
- Determining why injured workers at some companies return to work faster than at others, through analysis of data on hundreds of thousands of injured workers
- Identifying opportunities for specific companies to get workers back to work faster
- Writing white papers on trends that impact the insurance or workers compensation industries
- Building financial models to show impact of macro trends on Gallagher and its clients
- Adopting Gallaghers unique culture, the Gallagher Way, on how to ethically serve our external and internal clientele; Participating in various local community service events
- Assisting in various regional and/or branch projects to support Gallaghers sales and service initiatives
About you:
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Access or enterprise database programs
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau or other Data Visualization software a plus
- Rising sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- Availability to participant within program dates: June 2nd, 2025 and ends: August 1st, 2025
- Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. We will require proof of work authorization
