Job Description
We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customer
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Account Management:
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and customer needs and objectives.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
