This position is based in our high-energy clinic and is not eligible for remote work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all staff within the clinic.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for sports-related injuries.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Design and implement sports-specific rehabilitation programs to enhance athletic performance.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment among clinic staff.
  • Produce external patient referrals and facilitate staff introductions to patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local sports entities and community organizations.
  • Participate in community events to promote sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain continual professional development to stay abreast of advances in sports physical therapy.
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of clinic staff.
  • Ensure facility management, including organization, cleanliness, and budget adherence.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of sports medicine and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for sports and a commitment to promoting overall health and wellness.
  • Physical ability to work in an office and clinic environment.
