As a Quad Attendant and Sports Center Referee at Elite Sports Clubs, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging experience for our members in the Quad. You will be responsible for supervising activities, assisting members with equipment, and officiating games to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Whether it's basketball, soccer, or another sport, you will uphold the integrity of the game and promote a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie among participants.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise activities in the Quad, including sports games and recreational play, to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Assist members with equipment setup and usage, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the Quad, including setup and breakdown of equipment before and after activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for members, encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with members, addressing any questions or concerns and providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate game schedules and ensure smooth operation of activities in the Quad.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sports officiating or recreational supervision, with a strong understanding of space rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members of all ages.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, making quick and accurate decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
