Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the strategic plan set forth by the Sports and Entertainment team based in Colorado Springs, CO, US
- Enhance database and communication skills specific to the Sports and Entertainment real estate industry to a higher level
- Proactively seek out leads within the niche market and take the necessary steps to generate them
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads to nurture potential clients
- Manage appointments efficiently by scheduling and overseeing them diligently
- Master the process of closing appointments to increase sales within the specialized market
- Utilize strong sales skills to successfully close deals
- Foster a collaborative environment with team members to achieve common goals
